This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for a Customer Experience Manager at Kreo. The Customer Experience Manager will be responsible for managing customer satisfaction, analyzing customer feedback, enhancing the overall customer experience, and ensuring effective communication with customers.

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends in customer behavior
  • Experience in managing customer relationships and resolving customer complaints
  • Experience in the consumer electronics industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
