Job title: Talent Acquisition (Ops Support)Experience Required: Freshers Location: GurugramShift: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM ISTMode: Hybrid About the Role:You will play a critical role in supporting TA operations, pre-onboarding, and recruitment processes. If you love organizing, coordinating, and creating smooth candidate experiences, this is the perfect opportunity.Key Responsibilities:Initiate and track background verification (BGV) for selected candidatesCommunicate with BGV vendors and maintain accurate BGV trackersAssist candidates with documentation and onboarding-related queriesCoordinate with internal teams (IT, Admin, Payroll) to ensure Day 1 readinessMaintain regular communication with potential hires to keep them engagedShare company information and respond to candidate queriesSupport efforts to reduce offer dropouts and improve candidate experienceAssist recruiters with resume screening and interview schedulingUpdate ATS/HRMS systems and maintain recruitment trackersHelp organize hiring events, job fairs, and walk-in drivesMaintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and documentation logsWhat We're Looking For:Excellent verbal & written communication skillsSmart, proactive, and detail-oriented mindsetFresher or up to 6 months of relevant experience/internshipAbility to multitask and manage timelines efficientlyLooking forward to discussing this opportunity with you Please feel free to share your resume to shivangi.uniyal@stellarconsulting.com
