Corporate Action - Business AnalystImportant Details- 5-15 years as a Technical Business Analyst - Corporate Actions (Mandatory, in-depth knowledge) - Capital Markets (North America/Europe) - Fixed Income & Equity Brokerage OperationsTechnical Skills:- SQL (hands-on, daily use) - Ability to lead design & implementation of technical projectsFunctional Skills:- Business process evaluation & optimization - Requirement gathering & solution delivery - Implementation cycle ownership - Driving end-to-end implementation with strong client connectKeywords - Corporate Actions, Business Analyst, SQL, Capital Markets, Fixed Income, Equity, Brokerage Operations, Implementation Cycle, Requirement Gathering, Stakeholder Collaboration, Process OptimizationJD for your reference- 5+ years of hands-on Business Analyst experience. Strong in-depth knowledge of different Corporate Actions. - Experience in leading design and implementation of custom and product strategy based technical projects. Strong client connect and should be able to drive the whole Implementation cycle. - Should have a good SQL knowledge to carry out the daily work. - Have good understanding of the North American/European Capital Markets, Fixed Income & Equity Brokerage Operations. - Be able to evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions and ensure that the solutions meet business needs and requirements. - Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrated with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market. - Collaboratively work with all stakeholders – Management, Product, Development, QA and BAU teams.
