Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite)

Duration: Fulltime


Job Description:

An AWS DevOps Engineer is responsible for implementing, managing, and automating cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines using AWS technologies. They ensure that software development and release processes are efficient, scalable, and secure by leveraging AWS services and DevOps best practices.


Key Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in DevOps roles, with specific focus on AWS cloud environments.
  • This role is essential for businesses looking to streamline their development and operational processes while leveraging AWS cloud infrastructure.
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable and highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS.
  • Utilize Infrastructure As Code (IaC) tools like AWS CloudFormation or Terraform for infrastructure automation.
  • Develop and maintain continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS Code Pipeline.
  • Should have experience with HELM Chart.
  • Automate testing, deployment, and monitoring processes to ensure quick and reliable software releases.
  • Implement monitoring and logging systems using AWS CloudWatch, ELK Stack, or Datadog to ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Set up alerting mechanisms to detect and respond to system failures or performance issues.
  • Automate security controls, monitoring, and compliance processes.
  • Work with security teams to ensure the AWS environment adheres to security best practices and compliance standards such as PCI DSS, HIPAA, or GDPR.
  • Work closely with development teams to integrate DevOps tools and methodologies into the development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
  • Automate repetitive tasks related to infrastructure, deployment, monitoring, and incident response using scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Implement auto-scaling and self-healing solutions to improve system availability.
  • Proficiency in AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and VPC.
  • Experience with IaC tools such as CloudFormation, Terraform, or Ansible.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, AWS Code Pipeline).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
  • Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
