As a Product Specialist, you will bring to bear your strong technical background along with exception communication and presentation skills to deliver solutions to customers. This role involves conducting product demonstrations, managing trials, and working closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling and informative product demonstrations for prospective clients to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Hatica that addresses their business needs
- Trial Management: Offer, oversee and manage trial periods for potential customers, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience with Hatica, resulting in successful trials.
- Technical Expertise: Serve as the technical expert in the sales process, addressing customer queries, providing technical guidance, and ensuring a clear understanding of Hatica's features and functionalities.
- Sales Collaboration: Partner with sales representatives to identify customer needs, craft tailored solutions, and support the closing of deals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
- Feedback Loop: Collect and relay customer feedback to the product and engineering teams to help drive product improvements and innovation.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and best practices, to support customers during and after the sales process.
- Market Insights: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to effectively position Hatica in the marketplace.
Essential Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a technical presales or similar role within the SaaS industry.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software development processes, tools, and technologies. Familiarity with DevOps practices and engineering management tools is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely.
- Presentation Skills: Proven experience in delivering engaging and persuasive product demonstrations.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric approach to addressing challenges.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with sales, product, and engineering teams.
