What will you do?

- We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Lead to oversee our QA team.

- The QA Lead will be responsible for managing a team of junior testers and interns, ensuring the quality and reliability of our Ed Tech Platform through effective testing strategies and processes.

- This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues, improving our QA processes, and mentoring team Lead, mentor, and manage a team of junior QA testers and interns.

- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the highest quality of software deliverables.

- Coordinate with the development and product teams to ensure consistent project execution.

- Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately to management.

- Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements.

- Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements to the QA processes and tools.

What skills do you need ?

Must Have Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 4-5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.

- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Punctual, meticulous, and reliable.

Nice to Have Skills:

- Experience with performance and/or load testing.

- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.

- Certifications such as ISTQB Advanced Level.
