Role Description:We’re looking for a people-first Admissions Counselor to be the face and voice of SRT10 Altevol Centre of Excellence, a world-class sports academy in Ahmedabad. This will be a full-time, on-site role. Key Responsibilities:Admissions Office Management: Welcome walk-ins, provide accurate information, and maintain a professional and positive atmosphere at the academy.Inquiry & CRM Management: Collect contact details from parents/students, update them in our CRM (Zoho), and manage all desk/call inquiries efficiently.Manage incoming phone and WhatsApp inquiriesFollow-ups & Coordination: Call and follow up with parents/students regarding trial batches, schedules, and upcoming enrollments.Connect students with the right coaches as needed.Coordinate with parents and students for attendance, reminders, and batch updates.Fee Collection: Handle fee submissions from students/parents at the desk and maintain proper records.Facility Oversight: Report and escalate any issues related to equipment, lighting, air conditioning, or facility upkeep.Administrative Work: Assist in office-related admin tasks including data entry, attendance records, and reports.Follow up with online leads quickly and consistently (speed to lead matters). Communication: Act as the first point of contact, ensuring professional communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.What we’re looking for:Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and EnglishStrong phone and in-person communication skillsComfortable handling parents, players, and prospectsOrganized, responsive, and proactiveAbility to follow up and close conversations with clarity and warmthProficiency in Microsoft Office SuitePrevious experience in a similar role is advantageousGood to have:Interest in sports (Tennis, Cricket, Pickleball, Badminton)Experience in admissions, counseling, sales, or customer-facing rolesFamiliarity with handling leads via calls, WhatsApp, or CRM systemsWhy join us:Work at a world-class sports facilityBe part of a fast-growing academy backed by global coaching standardsMeaningful role helping families start their sports journeyHigh ownership, real impactCompany Description:SRT10 Altevol Centre of Excellence, in partnership with Sachin Tendulkar’s SRT10 Global Academy, is redefining the sports facility experience in Ahmedabad.
