Job Title : Legal Tech and Risk

Location: Mumbai

What you will do:

• Evaluate, implement, and manage legal technology solutions (e.g., contract management systems, litigation management, notice management, IPR management software).
• Collaborate with legal team to identify technology needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Provide training and support to stakeholders on new software and technology workflows.
• Maintain data integrity and security compliance within legal tech platforms.
• Liaise with IT and vendors to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth operation of legal tech systems.
• Monitor trends in legal technology and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and compliance.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing corporate documents, such as board resolutions, shareholder agreements, and corporate policies.
• Explore opportunities to leverage AI and automation to streamline legal processes.
• Drive initiatives to integrate AI tools into legal workflows, enhancing departmental efficiency.
• Identify and evaluate legal risks related to the company's operations, contracts, and projects.
• Develop and implement risk register and risk indicators.
• Work closely with the legal team and risk department on risk identification and mitigation.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to legal risk exposures and mitigation strategies.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in law, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 3/4 years of experience in law, with a focus on legal technology, contracts and drafting.
