Understand customer needs and recommend the right IK programs. Explain program features, handle queries, and provide accurate information. Manage and update customer data in CRM systems. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor products. Upsell/cross-sell programs and achieve sales targets. What We’re Looking For Strong communication and persuasion skills. Prior experience inInside Sales, Admissions, or Counselling in Edtech Industry. Target-driven, organized, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
