About the role

The CSR Services team is the primary owner of all client relationships (companies / corporate foundations / philanthropic foundations) and is responsible for overall client delight. Our service offerings include strategy and program design partner identification KPI mapping onground monitoring and evaluation and overall impact portfolio management. We also support clients in effectively using our CSR management tech platform.

This role will require you to manage a portfolio of client engagements ensure high quality delivery and manage a team of associates. Developing deep trusted client relationships and being their problemsolver will be critical in this role.

This role demands a strong understanding and appreciation of the CSR/ impact ecosystem and applicable standards/ laws along with high comfort with data analysis and tech tools and products.

Key responsibilities

Own engagement delivery

  • Ensure high quality well researched data backed delivery of insights and inputs to the clients and lead the key stakeholders and executive presentations.
  • Coordination with NGO partners and client stakeholders for timely delivery of services / deliverables. Drive collaboration across teams internal and external.
  • Keep up with the updates in the CSR ecosystem and social development space to ably guide the clients
  • Contribute to ongoing development of thought leadership content through creation of reports articles podcasts etc. Develop content for future clients current clients as well as for internal knowledge sharing sessions
  • Understand the clients vision and codevelop the impact roadmap. Support clients to design / restructure programs in line with business intent which deliver real measurable sustainable impact.
  • Manage scope time and resources effectively to ensure reasonable delivery margins

Account management

  • Own the client relationship and experience across all workstreams
  • Drive revenue growth (renewals and expansions) and delivery margins for the portfolio.
  • Contribute to presales efforts by supporting the development of high quality collateral and compelling proposals.

Team Management

  • Manage a team of up to 3 associates to deliver the scope of work and beyond to the clients
  • Identify training needs for the team and handhold them for professional development

Requirements

We at Give believe in learning through doing. We are looking for selfstarters who are willing to learn fast and work towards building an excellent customer centric experience while providing them with quality support and guidance.

  • Graduate / post graduate from top tier institutes with strong academic background. An academic background in sociology / social work / economics / development studies / other allied streams will be a positive but is not essential.
  • Minimum 7 years experience in management consulting CSR / impact consulting business strategy project management roles
  • Domain knowledge of CSR rules and understanding of CSR ecosystem in India along with areas of national priority such as skilling women empowerment MCH climate change would be a strong positive but is not essential
  • Strong relationship building skills with the ability to engage with senior executives
  • Strong analytical skills excellent communication storytelling and presentation skills backed by strong verbal and written communication along with keen attention to detail
  • Technical Skills: Strong data analysis capabilities including high proficiency in excel / google sheets and powerpoint / google slides
  • SA genuine interest in the social impact space with a strong commitment to ethical practices and advancing positive social outcomes.
  • A bias toward action ability to manage multiple projects and priorities to deliver on tight deadlines
