Immediate joining preferred.Responsibilities:- Design and configure Amazon Connect Contact Flows, routing profiles, queues, and agent hierarchies. - Troubleshoot IVR issues, call failures, softphone and agent desktop issues, Lambda failures, and API timeouts. - Monitor real-time metrics and analyze CloudWatch traces for platform issues. - Manage IAM roles, permissions, and ensure least-privilege security design.Requirements:- Deep understanding of Amazon Connect architecture and core components, telephony, call recording, and call control. - Experience with JavaScript and Python. - Knowledge of AWS services and encryption (KMS). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing IVR issues, call failures, and platform errors.
