Troubleshoot backup software, hardware, and networking issues, escalating complex issues as needed.Good customer handling skills and a quick learner.Flexible, self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and need to support and coach junior resources.Coordination with multiple stakeholders / Third party Vendors for break-fix. Must be able to lead the critical outage callsWilling to work on 24X7 rotational shifts
