Job Title: Tech Lead Salesforce (E-Commerce) Work Location: Hyderabad Work Mode: Semi Hybrid Mode (4days work from office) and (1 day work from home(either Monday or Wednesday or Friday)) in a weekJob Description: We are looking for an experienced and passionate Tech Lead to join our e-commerce organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud, software development, and e-commerce. The role requires excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of agile working processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.Key Responsibilities: • Manage, change, or integrate Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud with other tools as needed. • Define OpenAPI specifications and ensure they align with company standards. • Develop software using technologies such as JavaScript, Java, CSS, HTML, NodeJS, and REST/JSON. • Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. • Lead the design, development, and deployment of e-commerce solutions. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. • Mentor and coach junior team members.Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field. • A minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in an e[1]commerce environment. • Strong knowledge of Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud/ Salesforce Marketing Cloud /Force.com / Heroku, Mulesoft / Apigee. • Ability to define OpenAPI specifications. • Proficiency in development languages such as JavaScript, Java, CSS, HTML, NodeJS, and REST/JSON. • IaaS knowledge, specifically Google Cloud (desired but not required). • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Experience with agile working processes. • High level of English proficiency. • Familiarity with the DevOps lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines
