You’ll act as thetechnical anchorfor scrum teams, collaborating closely with business analysts, product owners, and architects to deliver robust, compliant, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & ImplementationDesign and implement Salesforce-based solutions aligned with business goals and architecture standards. Configure and extendSalesforce Service CloudandFinancial Services CloudusingOmniStudio ,Omnichannel Routing ,Tableau , andautomation tools . Customize and optimize theService Consoleto improve service delivery and agent productivity. Collaboration & DeliveryPartner witharchitects ,IT BAs , andvendorsin agile scrum teams to drive successful implementations. Ensure technical deliverables meet standards of reliability, performance, security, and compliance. PromoteSalesforce best practicesand guide developers on solution realization. ⚙️Automation & QualityImplementbuild automationandconfiguration managementpractices. Driveworkflow automation ,SLA management , and continuous delivery improvements. Escalate and resolve critical issues impacting delivery or product quality. ✅Testing & ComplianceValidate test strategy, automation, and regression testing frameworks. Ensure adherence toDevSecOps ,data privacy , andregulatory compliancestandards.What You BringBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science / IT / ETC) 8–10 years of total development experience , including6+ years of hands-on Salesforce Apex development Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud ,Financial Services Cloud , and related tools Experience in theBFSI domain—mandatory Deep understanding of system architecture ,API integrations , anddata models Experience with Tableau Cloud(added advantage:Slack ,Marketing Cloud ,Einstein ,Agentforce ) ⚙️ Knowledge ofDevSecOpsprinciples andSalesforce deployment automation Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership skills
