Job Purpose :

We are seeking a Lead / Senior Oracle/PostgreSQL Developer with deep expertise in backend database engineering and AWS. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance Oracle/PostgreSQL database systems, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and optimize Oracle/PostgreSQL database solutions.

- Write efficient SQL, PL/SQL, and PL/pgSQL procedures, functions, triggers, and packages.

- Perform data modeling, schema design, and database configuration.

- Develop and manage ETL/data migration processes.

- Optimize queries, indexing, and execution plans for performance.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex database issues in production environments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Work with AWS services (Lambda, Step Functions, Kinesis, Kafka, etc.).

- Implement monitoring, governance, and database security best practices.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong SQL programming & query optimization expertise

- Hands-on with Oracle/PostgreSQL internals & performance tuning

- Exposure to ETL tools (Oracle Data Pump, ODI, etc.)

- Knowledge of AWS cloud ecosystem (Aurora, Lambda, Step Functions, etc.)

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
