Role Title Growth & Marketing Partner (Revenue Share Based)Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Growth & Marketing Partner to help scale Quiz Dangal. This role is focused on execution. You will be responsible for creating ads, managing social media, attracting new users, and exploring sponsorship and paid promotion opportunities. This is a part-time, remote role with no fixed salary initially. Compensation will be 8% of the website’s revenue once monetization starts. Until then, this is a build-together, risk-sharing role.Responsibilities Create and run ads for social media platforms (Reels, posts, creatives, captions) Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, and other social channels Attract new users through organic and low-budget paid strategies Test and optimize ad campaigns to improve reach and engagement Explore and bring sponsors, brand collaborations, or paid promotions Track performance (reach, clicks, users) and improve continuously Work closely with the founder on growth ideas and experiments.Who This Is For Someone who actually knows digital marketing, not just theory Comfortable creating ads, content, and growth experiments on their own Willing to work without upfront salary and earn via revenue share Startup mindset: execution first, excuses last Has their own laptop/mobile and internet.Compensation 8% revenue share once the website starts earning Long-term growth opportunity as the platform scales.
