Infosys Ltd. seeks a seasoned lawyer with 8-12 years of experience in Employment Laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare comprehensive memos on complex regulatory issues.
  • Liaise with external counsel as required to ensure adherence to regulatory compliances.
  • Review and finalize employment policies and contracts, ensuring they meet legal standards.
  • Negotiate with clients and partners to resolve contractual disputes.
  • Provide expert advice to the Company on resolving issues related to transfer of employment, termination of employment, social security contributions, and employee benefits.
  • Prepare and approve responses on behalf of the Company prior to submission to courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities.
  • Develop and execute litigation strategy.
  • Coordinate litigation and other legal matters handled by external counsel.
  • Contribute research papers to the knowledge repository to enhance the knowledge base of the Legal Department.
  • Deliver training sessions on employment law issues to the Company.
Qualifications:

Full-time Law Graduates with relevant work experience.
