Job Title: Accounts & Finance Manager

Manage all financial and accounting operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, overseeing audits, and handling direct & indirect taxation.

Accounting & Financial Management:
  • Handle end-to-end accounting processes, from data entry to finalization of books.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
  • Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
Compliance & Audits:
  • Ensure adherence to statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors for financial audits.
  • Ensure proper documentation and legal drafting as required.
Taxation & Regulatory Compliance:
  • Manage direct & indirect taxation processes, ensuring timely filings and compliance.
  • Keep up to date with changing tax laws and regulations.
  • Liaise with tax authorities and consultants when necessary.
Legal & Entity Management:
  • Oversee all entity-related work concerning financial and legal aspects.
  • Assist in drafting agreements, financial contracts, and legal documents.
  • Ensure compliance with Company Law, LLP regulations, and other relevant laws.
Branch & LLP Coordination:
  • Periodic visits to branches & LLPs to review financial operations.
  • Provide financial guidance to branch heads and ensure compliance at all levels.
Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong accounting knowledge and familiarity with accounting software (Tally, SAP, etc.).
  • In-depth understanding of direct & indirect taxation.
  • Experience in finalization of accounts and audits.
