Job Summary:

We are looking for an accomplished Product Owner to join our high-performance team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience, a proven track record as a Product Owner and Scrum Master, and expertise in translating complex business requirements into actionable product strategies, driving continuous improvement and delivering exceptional value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead product development efforts by taking ownership of the product backlog, defining user stories, and prioritizing features to align with strategic business goals.

- Act as a Scrum Master to facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure the development team operates efficiently and effectively.

- Design and optimize end-to-end business processes, ensuring seamless integration of new features and functionalities into existing workflows.

- Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise, and actionable product strategies, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the development team.

- Build and maintain data-driven reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to monitor product health, track progress, and inform future product decisions.

- Manage and influence diverse stakeholders including business leaders, engineering teams, UX/UI designers, and external partners, ensuring alignment and clear communication.

- Foster a culture of cross-functional collaboration, ensuring all teams work together seamlessly to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback sessions to identify opportunities for innovation and product enhancement.

- Ensure products meet market needs, deliver exceptional value, and align with the overall company vision.

- Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and post-launch iteration.

Key Qualifications:

- 10+ years of proven track record as a Product Owner in agile development environments.

- Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong understanding of agile methodologies and principles.

- Strong capabilities in designing and optimizing end-to-end business processes.

- Expertise in translating complex business requirements into actionable product strategies and detailed functional specifications.

- Proficiency in building data-driven reports, dashboards, and performance metrics, using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

- Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
