Job Brief 

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary AI Lead/Architect to design, implement, and lead AI/ML systems from problem definition and data strategy to production deployment for real-world autonomous systems. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI architecture, combined with leadership capabilities to drive AI excellence within cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy & Architecture

  • Architect and drive end-to-end AI solutions for autonomous platforms including computer vision, sensor fusion, NLP, and generative AI.
  • Design scalable and modular AI pipelines and microservices using modern ML Ops frameworks (Docker, Kubernetes, Azure ML, etc.).

Model Development

  • Lead the development and deployment of ML/DL models including CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, LLMs, and federated learning architectures.
  • Build and fine-tune models for multi-modal tasks such as image/video understanding, speech, and document intelligence.

Team Leadership

  • Manage a team of AI/ML engineers, and data scientists. Provide mentorship and technical oversight.
  • Collaborate with software, robotics, and product teams to align AI goals with business outcomes.

Innovation & R&D

  • Drive R&D initiatives in areas like Explainable AI, Federated Learning, GenAI (LLMs), and Reinforcement Learning for real-time control systems.
  • Evaluate and implement state-of-the-art research to maintain a competitive technological edge.

Project Execution

  • Lead AI project delivery including PoCs, pilots, and full-scale deployments for internal products and external clients.
  • Ensure adherence to Responsible AI principles, performance benchmarks, and ethical AI practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications


• 8–10 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.


• Strong expertise in: 

o Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras)

o Computer Vision and/or NLP (LayoutLM, LLMs like GPT-4, BERT)

o Cloud ML Platforms (Azure, AWS)

o MLOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines


• Experience with Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)


• Hands-on with Python and libraries such as Scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas, OpenCV, HuggingFace

Preferred Skills


• Exposure to Federated Learning, Explainable AI, or Reinforcement Learning


• Experience working with sensor data and embedded ML for edge computing


• Research exposure (PhD or academic contributions in AI/ML)

Soft Skills


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• Ability to translate complex research into practical applications


• Proven experience working in agile and cross-disciplinary teams
