Job Overview

Gamut HR Solutions is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Engineer with a BTech in Mechanical Engineering. This is an entry-level position suitable for freshers. The role is based in Hyderabad and offers a full-time employment opportunity. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth by demonstrating product capabilities and managing client relationships.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent product demonstration skills to effectively showcase technical products to potential clients (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven ability to generate leads through various channels, enhancing the sales pipeline (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong client relationship management skills to sustain long-term partnerships (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in delivering technical presentations that clearly communicate product features and benefits.
  • Experience with AutoCAD for technical design and documentation purposes.
  • Strong technical sales acumen to understand client needs and propose viable solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations to showcase technical features to prospective clients.
  • Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels and convert them into lucrative business opportunities.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to convey complex product information transparently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on sales strategies and achieve targeted business goals.
  • Utilize AutoCAD to develop and deliver technical designs that align with client requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to offer relevant products to clients.
  • Provide post-sales technical support to clients, ensuring swift resolution of any issues.
