Description :- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions across modules such as ITAM, ITOM, HRSD, SAM/HAM, and CSM, in alignment with business requirements and best practices.- Implement and manage 3rd-party integrations with ServiceNow to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.- Develop and customize workflows, scripts, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts using JavaScript, XML, and XSL.- Review and validate deliverables from team members to ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards and best practices.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate functional, technical, and business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.- Prepare effort estimates, technical documentation, and Proof of Concept (PoC) presentations for proposed solutions.- Ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of implemented ServiceNow solutions.- Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively, demonstrating strong time management and team coordination skills.- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and capabilities to recommend process improvements and solution enhancements.Skills :- Minimum 4+ years of experience in configuring ServiceNow which involves various modules like CSM , HRSD , ITAM and ITOM- Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow modules, 3rd party integrations- Good hands on knowledge and experience of JavaScript, XML and XSL stylesheets, web services- Very good verbal and written English communication skills- Effective time management, team handling and organizational skillsResponsibilities :- Review the work done by team members as per ServiceNow best practices.- Develop solutions in ServiceNow, prepare estimates and work on capability presentation, Proof of Concept- Understand functional, technical, and business requirements and then turn those requirements into a successful implementation.- Good to have ServiceNow admin and implementation certifications.Job Title : Servicenow Developer - ITAM , ITOM , HRSD , SAM HAM (ref:hirist.tech)
