About the Role

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer who can architect and develop end-to-end features across modern web stacks. You will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver scalable applications that offer seamless user experiences. Ideal candidates are strong in both frontend and backend technologies, and comfortable taking ownership from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities


• Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications


• Build intuitive and responsive user interfaces using React, Angular, or Vue.js


• Develop scalable APIs and backend services using Node.js, Python, or Go


• Collaborate with designers and product managers to define and refine product features


• Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews


• Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability


• Integrate with third-party APIs, authentication systems, and payment gateways


• Deploy applications to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) using CI/CD pipelines


• Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues in production environments

Required Qualifications


• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in full stack web development


• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with experience in at least one frontend framework (React preferred)


• Strong understanding of backend development using Node.js, Express, Django, or similar frameworks


• Good grasp of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility


• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets


• Familiarity with databases – both relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis)


• Knowledge of Git, version control workflows, and modern DevOps practices


• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Preferred Skills


• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployments


• Familiarity with authentication (OAuth2, JWT), and security best practices


• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, testing tools, and build systems


• Exposure to microservices or event-driven architecture


• Experience with tools like Webpack, Babel, or Vite for frontend build optimization

Nice to Have


• Prior experience in a startup or product-based company


• Contributions to open-source projects or personal portfolio


• Familiarity with analytics, performance monitoring tools (Sentry, Datadog, etc.)


• Interest in UI/UX or end-user psychology
