About the Role :

Ctruh Technologies is looking for a passionate Full Stack Engineer with 2 - 3 years of strong hands-on experience to build and scale cutting-edge web applications. You will work with the MERN stack and other modern technologies to design, develop, and deploy scalable systems, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys end-to-end ownership, from system design to deployment, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications.

- Build and maintain efficient server-side logic and RESTful microservices using Node.js, Express.js, and TypeScript.

- Create and manage MongoDB schemas, optimize queries, and ensure database scalability.

- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate React components and APIs seamlessly.

- Implement security, authentication, and data protection best practices.

- Contribute to system architecture and design discussions to ensure scalability and maintainability.

- Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and scalability.

- Work closely with product and design teams to deliver high-quality features in rapid iterations.

- Participate in the entire development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and ongoing maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 2 - 3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.

- Expertise in Node.js and Express.js frameworks.

- Solid understanding of MongoDB and Mongoose.

- Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Knowledge of asynchronous programming patterns and best practices.

- Strong grasp of system design principles and application architecture.

- Familiarity with Git and version control best practices.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related Skills :

- Front-end development experience with React.js.

- Exposure to Three.js or similar 3D graphics libraries.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) - e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda.

- Knowledge of Docker and containerization workflows.

- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.).

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment.
