ROLE SUMMARYWe are looking forMechanical (HVAC & Plumbing) Engineerswith professional experience from similar industry to join our team inGurgaon& work in European projects and preference to Swedish projects.Experience Required –4 to 8 YearsWORK TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES To work in close collaboration with skilled designers to create an optimal HVAC & plumbing design including the preparation of basic design, calculations, details, specification within heating, ventilation, air conditioning, domestic water, plumbing and general piping system. Select equipment and prepare equipment and layouts accordingly Prepare calculations on said design, ensuring compliance with applicable standards You will be requested to think critically about solutions and designs You will be given the responsibility to ensure quality on your projects Evaluating design drawings, data, proposals, specifications and calculations for mechanical systems to satisfy target requirements throughout the design process and contribute to content and direction. Detail design of the system by preparing a 3D model and coordinating among the services for a clash free system. You will be expected to involve in researching, planning, designing and developing sustainable mechanical systems To work in both supervised and unsupervised environments ensuring that the technical content of all work carried out is correct and carried out in accordance within agreed timescales and within agreed budgets You will work in close collaboration with our Swedish colleagues overcoming obstacles and making elegant designsPROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Candidate must have B.Tech/ M.Tech qualification with4-8years working experience Conversant with European/ Swedish codes/ standards & Regulations Strong interpersonal/ team working skills & Good English communication skills Consultancy environment experience with good analysis skills Good knowledge of AutoCAD MEP or/and Revit Tech savvy and aptitude for learning on the job Ability to work in Team environment and independently within a project team Significant previous experience of the preparation of schematic and layout drawings including supporting engineering calculations. Understanding for design of Heating- Tap water, sewage, drainage, Pumps, Controls and other components for HVAC and plumbing systems Experience of working in 2-D and 3-D environment A big plus would be: Good experience of software’s like Revit, MagiCAD for AutoCAD, Solibri, Navisworks, Bluebeam, HAP and Cadium. Been working with Swedish design of HVAC & piping systems such as ventilation, plumbing, sewer, cooling, heating and domestic water, AHU Sizing, HVAC Duct Sizing, Heat Load calculation, air flow calculation.
