o Bachler’s Degree in Mechanical o 8+ years and maximum of 10 Yrs. in PHE & FF design experience with minimum of 6-8 Yrs. Experience on Gulf projects design. o Responsible for the delivery of project discipline scope elements within budget and schedule. o To provide planning, support & develop of concept, schematic & detailed designing of PLUMBING & FIRE FIGHTING systems for commercial, retail, hospital and residential & high rise projects with the team assigned. o Experience in plumbing design including but not limited to design of water supply, sewerage and drainage, medical gas, LPG/NG system including necessary calculations. Detail drawing layouts for internal & external water and drainage system. o Experience in fire protection systems design including but not limited to design of sprinklers, external & internal hydrant system, fire pump & tank systems design and hydraulic calculations using Elite software o Experience in preparing swimming pool & water feature design & layouts. o Ability to work independently or as a part of a team o Oversees completeness and accuracy of project team's work by supervising and guiding team to meet overall project objectives. o Have effective written, communication & coordination skills with multi-disciplines on projects o Responsible for production of design output & reviewing of team work. o Do resource allocation for the projects with allotted budget and man-hours. o Expertise in computer skills, MS Office, Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks & BIM platform o Backing the design team efforts & guiding them to ensure completeness and accuracy of design effort o Have effective written, communication & coordination skills with multi-disciplines on projects
