Senior Product Associate

As a Senior Product Associate in Self Service Enablement Team, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.

Job Responsibilities:

- Write detailed epics and stories to enable scaling servicing messages to available digital placements

- Participate actively in agile scrum ceremonies and meetings to ensure stories are refined and prioritized

- Coordinate and execute servicing messages across web partnering closely with mobile product partner

- Ensure prioritization of work is consistent with mobile

- Support testing, pilot, and production validation as needed.

- Work with D&A and Experimentation team to develop roll out plans and guide the build of Adobe dashboards to measure success

- Ensure messages are tagged properly so data flows through to Adobe

- To be responsible for loading content, working with our content partner and downstream teams content managers to ensure it matches mobile and gets loaded and Evergreens are updated

- Work with downstream teams to turn DST and conversation requests into deliverables

- Deliver change management requests as needed

- Operationalize and refine message onboarding process, where needed

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

- 3+ years of product or related experience.

- Experience in creating strategic roadmaps from client requirements with understanding of software development cycle and agile methodology.

- Proven success working with internal/external teams at various management levels.

- Experience with technical concepts and collaboration with technical staff.

- Expertise in JIRA and agile development tools.

- Expertise in content management and loading to AEM

- Experience working with Agile teams.

- Ability to influence and communicate with stakeholders across functions
