The Role :

Were seeking a QA Manager who is both a hands-on practitioner and a strategic leader - someone who can own the end-to-end quality function across our enterprise product portfolio. This role requires a self-driven professional who can establish best-in-class QA processes, build and inspire a high-performing team, and embrace accountability for quality metrics, including defect seepage and production issues. You will also be expected to bring AI and GenAI innovation into QA - automating test case design, optimizing test data generation, and enabling smart, predictive QA practices using modern tools and Responsibilities & Ownership :

- Take full ownership of QA across all products - process, people, tools, and outcomes.

- Build and lead a team of QA engineers across manual, automation, and AI-assisted testing.

- Be accountable for production quality and defect metrics; lead root cause and prevention & Process Design :

- Define scalable QA strategies that align with business and product objectives.

- Institutionalize quality metrics, test coverage benchmarks, and governance frameworks.

- Ensure QA processes comply with regulatory and industry Execution :

- Lead planning, creation, and execution of functional, regression, performance, and security test plans.

- Translate product requirements into structured test cases and automation scripts.

- Drive continuous expansion of test automation QA Innovation :

- Use Generative AI tools to automate test case creation, test data generation, and edge case discovery.

- Leverage AI for test optimization, intelligent defect prediction, and risk-based testing strategies.

- Evaluate and implement GenAI and ML-based QA platforms for smart test execution and & DevOps Integration :

- Use Azure DevOps for managing QA workflows, test case repositories, and CI/CD integration.

- Integrate QA tooling (e.g., Selenium, TestRail, Postman, JIRA) into DevOps pipelines.

- Identify and adopt next-gen QA tools to improve speed and Collaboration :

- Work closely with Product, Development, and Support teams to align on quality expectations.

- Communicate QA results, risks, and mitigation plans with clarity and timeliness.

- Represent QA in cross-functional planning and executive reviews.


Who You Are & Background :

- 10+ years in software QA, with strong experience in product-focused quality assurance.

- 5+ years in a QA leadership role, with a track record of setting up QA functions from scratch.

- Proven experience using GenAI and other AI-driven testing approaches.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (Masters Proficiency :

- Expertise in QA tools (Selenium, TestRail, Postman, JIRA) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Deep knowledge of Azure DevOps for test management and release readiness.

- Programming skills in Python or Java are a Skills :

- Strong problem-solver and quality advocate with a data-driven mindset.

- Excellent communicator, able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
