Experience Required : 5+ years in UX the Role :

Were looking for an experienced UX Designer with a strong portfolio and proven track record of designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences.

As a UX Designer, you'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to craft solutions that are functional, delightful, and aligned with business goals.


Key Responsibilities :

- Facilitate UX/UI design efforts across web and mobile applications from concept to delivery

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis

- Translate user needs and business objectives into creative, intuitive, and functional user experiences

- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs

- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries

- Collaborate with UI designers and developers to ensure smooth implementation

- Advocate for design thinking and user-centered practices within cross-functional teams

- Continuously iterate based on feedback, analytics, and evolving requirements

- Stay updated on UX trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree

- Minimum 5 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products (Preferably with experience in SaaS, B2B or B2C platforms, and exposure to Healthcare or TPRM domains)

- Proficiency in design and wireframing tools like Figma, Sketch or similar

- Ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces

- Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first approaches

- Strong understanding of usability principles, user research methodologies, and accessibility standards

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Experience working in agile development environments

- Ability to manage multiple projects and Qualifications :

- Prior experience designing for AI-powered or data-driven applications

- UX/UI Design course certification is a plus

- Strong storytelling and problem-solving skills
