We're revolutionizing how people plan everything from intimate birthday parties to large-scale corporate events.Our platform features intelligent tools including AI-powered recommendations (Antsy), live location tracking, comprehensive guest management, integrated communication, and specialized Event Groups for recurring event organizers like schools, clubs, religious organizations, and influencers.Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurialGrowth Manager - Saleswith 3-5 years of experience to build and lead our sales function from the ground up. Based in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for establishing our sales strategy, acquiring our first customers in the city, and creating a scalable playbook for expansion to other metros. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll wear multiple hats and directly shape the commercial success of Fast Party.Location:Hyderabad (On-site)Experience:3-5 years in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in SaaS, consumer apps, or event techKey ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for both B2C (individual event planners) and B2B (organizations) segments Identify and prioritize high-value customer segments in Hyderabad: schools, colleges, religious organizations, clubs, corporate event teams, wedding planners, and influencers Create segment-specific sales playbooks and pitch materials tailored to different customer personas Build relationships with event management companies, venues, caterers, and other complementary service providers for partnerships Own end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to conversion and onboardingGrowth & Market Development - Hyderabad FocusEstablish Fast Party as the go-to event platform in Hyderabad through strategic outreach and networking Build a pipeline of anchor customers across key segments (target: 50+ organizations in Year 1) Conduct product demos, presentations, and workshops for potential customers Experiment with different acquisition channels and optimize for CAC and conversion Gather market feedback to inform product development and positioning Create case studies and success stories from early adoptersRevenue & Metrics OptimizationAchieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets for both individual users and organizational accounts Develop pricing strategies and packages for different customer segments Drive conversion from free users to paid plans through data-driven outreach and engagement Focus on Event Groups adoption for organizations with recurring events Track, analyze, and optimize key growth metrics: CAC, LTV, conversion rates, average deal size, payback period, churn rate Build dashboards and reports to monitor sales funnel health and performanceCustomer Success & RetentionEnsure smooth onboarding and activation of new customers Build strong relationships with early customers to drive retention and referrals Collect testimonials and create reference cases for future sales Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts Work with product team to improve user experience based on customer feedbackProcess Building & DocumentationDocument sales processes, best practices, and learnings for future team scaling Create sales collateral, templates, pitch decks, and tools for scalability Build repeatable frameworks for market entry that can be replicated in other cities As budget allows, recruit and train junior sales team membersRequired QualificationsExperience & Skills3-5 years of sales/growth experiencein B2B SaaS, consumer apps, event tech, or related industries Proven track record ofmeeting or exceeding sales targetsin early-stage or growth environments Experience selling todiverse customer segments(both transactional B2C and consultative B2B) Strong understanding ofgrowth frameworks, funnels, and conversion optimization Demonstrated ability tobuild from scratch- comfortable with ambiguity and wearing multiple hats Excellentpresentation and communication skillsin English and Telugu/Hindi Strongrelationship-building abilitieswith stakeholders at all levels Data-driven mindsetwith proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho), analytics, and Excel/Google SheetsDomain Knowledge (Preferred)Experience in event planning, hospitality, community platforms, or membership organizations Understanding of the Hyderabad market landscape and business culture Existing network in education, religious institutions, or community organizations Familiarity with AI-powered products and ability to articulate AI value propositions Experience with PLG (Product-Led Growth) strategies and freemium modelsPersonal AttributesEntrepreneurial spirit- self-starter who thrives in startup environments Hustler mentality- willing to do cold outreach, attend events, and build relationships from ground zero Strategic thinkerwith strong execution capabilities Experimental mindset- comfortable testing hypotheses and learning from failures Customer-obsessed- genuine interest in solving customer problems Collaborative- works well with product, marketing, and tech teams Growth-oriented- constantly seeking ways to improve processes and resultsWhy Join Fast Party?✅Founding Team Impact- Shape the sales function and strategy from day one✅High Ownership- Your work directly influences the company's growth trajectory✅AI-First Product- Sell cutting-edge technology that genuinely helps customers✅Market Timing- Join India's booming event tech sector with a unique AI advantage✅Rapid Learning- Work directly with founders and gain startup leadership experience✅Career Growth- Potential to become Head of Sales as we expand✅Build Your Team- Opportunity to hire and lead as we scale✅Equity Opportunity- Share in the company's success as an early team memberFast Party is an equal opportunity employer.
