With a commitment to innovation and quality, we enable businesses to enhance their operational efficiency and product reliability.Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Gujarat and Bangalore for a Sales and Service Engineer. The role involves providing technical support, conducting field service visits, troubleshooting issues, and performing maintenance and repair tasks for machinery and inspection systems. The candidate will work closely with customers to ensure satisfaction and efficient implementation of solutions while contributing to continuous product improvement efforts. The candidate will be responsible for the Customer Success journey and will be working as a single point contact for the clients in the region.Qualifications Diploma / B. Tech either in Mechanical / Electrical Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Field Service processes Strong skills in Technical Support, Maintenance, and Repair of machinery and systems Excellent Communication skills for customer interaction and collaboration Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, on-site environment Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields) or equivalent experience Experience in the automation or inspection systems industry would be highly beneficial Flexibility to travel for field service work when needed.Requirement At least 2 years of Work Experience in a similar field. Must be well versed with the Local Area Must know the local Language. Should have a bike and the expenses for the same will be reimbursed by the company.Annual CTC 4-5 Lakhs depending on the experience Travelling Expense to be paid extra
