Role Overview:TheSales & Service Engineerwill be responsible for bothbusiness developmentandtechnical supportactivities — from identifying customer needs and promoting products, to installation, commissioning, and after-sales service. This role suits energetic, hands-on engineers who enjoy both technical and customer-facing work. Key Responsibilities:Visit customers for sales promotion, demos, and technical discussions. Identify new business opportunities for laser machines, press brakes, and finishing solutions. Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and technical offers. Support machine installation, commissioning, and operator training. Handle troubleshooting, maintenance, and service calls. Coordinate with the Pune office for spare parts, service reports, and documentation. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction. Achieve sales and service performance targets. Desired Candidate Profile:DME / B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 2–5 years of experience inindustrial machinery ,sheet metal , orCNC equipment . Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-handling skills. Willingness to travel across India. Self-motivated and capable of working independently. Location:Pune (with travel across India)
