Fast-paced program to set up the candidate for Sr. Leadership role in Samagra for driving large-scale governance First 6 months: Candidates will manage complex 2-3 workstreams with an experienced Program Coordinator

- Next 6 months: Candidates will manage a governance program (3-4 members) with an experienced Program Lead

- Final 6 months: Candidates will manage a governance program as a Program Lead along with handling organisational initiatives

- The experience will enable the candidate to understand the nuances of doing the work & getting the work done through teams

- Each experience will require thought partnerships with government leaders, ecosystem & funding partners at varying degree

- Candidates will develop a deep understanding of governance space, drive impact and nuances of team management

One-on-one, personalised and structured coaching from Samagra's Senior Leadership:

- Each candidate's journey will be closely guided by an experienced PL (Mentor PL) throughout 18 months and beyond (12 months)

- Focus areas & opportunities will be discussed during fortnightly catch-ups to enable successful setup for the candidate in PL role

- Each candidate will be mentored by Gaurav Goel, Founder and CEO of Samagra, through structured forums

- Contextualised workshops, i.e. Gurukul, will be organised for sharpening consulting skills embedded in the governance context

Exposure to organisation initiatives alongside mentor Program Lead post 12 months in the organisation:

- Work closely with Mentor PL on organisational assignments after completing 12 months

- Assignments may cover a variety of functional areas such as opportunity conversion, fund-raising, hiring

- It will enable a better understanding of the firm and help in developing better judgment skills in the governance context

- Opportunity to become a Program Lead at Samagra, managing 2-3 state-wide governance transformation programs

- On program completion, based on performance, candidates will be absorbed in Sr. Manager or Vice President designation

- The candidate will start managing 2 state-wide program on becoming PL, which will increase to 3 programs gradually

- Each successful candidate will be guided by Mentor PL for 6-12 months after program completion

- Each candidate will be eligible for a share in the firm's annual profits, as per internal policy

- Conversion to Program Coordinator and Program Lead will depend on candidates' performance at each transition point
