Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet the talent needs of various departments, with a primary focus on leadership, corporate, and sales roles.


- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create job descriptions, and define candidate profiles for open positions.


- Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract qualified candidates.


- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.


- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and negotiating employment offers.


- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.


- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment strategies to continuously improve our talent acquisition processes.


- Track recruitment metrics and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of our hiring strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
