Digiperform is the largest "Exclusive Digital Domain Specific" training provider in India, with headquarters based in Noida and 50+ centers all over the country. The organization aims to bridge the gap between the digital training needs of the industry and the availability of trained talent by offering hands-on training programs and certifications designed by industry experts.
Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site Telecaller Intern role located in New Delhi at Digiperform. The Telecaller Intern will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, identifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. They will also be tasked with maintaining call records and providing excellent customer service.
Ideal Profile
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
