About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic

Assistant Head - Student Recruitment

to join our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student enrolments for the Masters in Financial Management Program by managing end-to-end recruitment processes, implementing effective marketing strategies, and engaging with prospective students from inquiry to admission.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales, recruitment, and marketing strategies to generate leads and increase conversions.Represent the program at fairs, roadshows, and other promotional events, delivering presentations to prospective students.Build and maintain strong relationships with potential students and key stakeholders.Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns, events, and brand-building activities.Handle administrative tasks, including report preparation, budget planning, CRM updates, and data management.Consistently meet or exceed enrolment targets through innovative and strategic approaches.

Key Performance Metrics:Achievement of enrolment targets for the program.

Qualifications & Experience:Postgraduate degree with

minimum 4+ years

of experience in student recruitment or sales in the service sector, preferably in education.Strong understanding of the Indian educational market.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Skills & Competencies:Excellent networking, communication, and presentation skills.Strong selling and negotiation abilities.Eye for detail, accuracy, and ability to follow up effectively.Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.Willingness to travel extensively.
