We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Node.js Developer to join our dynamic development team.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of server-side JavaScript development, proficiency in Node.js, and extensive experience in building scalable web applications and APIs.

You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications, working closely with front-end developers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Development:

- Design, develop, and maintain server-side components using Node.js.

- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.

- Implement security and data protection measures.

- Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications.

API Development:

- Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of APIs.

- Integrate front-end elements with server-side logic.

Performance and Scalability:

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Implement caching mechanisms and other performance Work closely with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement design into the code.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

Testing and Debugging:

- Write unit and integration tests to ensure the quality of the code.

- Debug and resolve technical Create and maintain technical documentation.

- Document the development process, architecture, and standard Mentor junior developers and conduct peer reviews.

- Share best practices and improve team processes.

Required Qualifications:

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript (ES6+).

- Experience with Express.js or similar frameworks.

- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.

- Proficient in working with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

- Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (React.js, Angular, or Vue.js) is a plus.

- Experience with version control systems such as Git.

- Knowledge of RESTful and GraphQL API design principles.

- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

- Ability to work in an agile development environment.

- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
