---- What the Candidate Will Do ----

Content Development

  • You will create learning strategies, evaluate training needs, design training programs, and assess learning effectiveness.
  • Develop engaging and effective training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and interactive presentations using assets such as graphics, animations, simulations, and interactive exercises.
  • Customize content to create learning experiences that meet the diverse needs of our learners
  • Provide quality oversight for all written and visual content to ensure top-notch standards are maintained in terms of style, grammar, authenticity, originality, and creativity
  • Create clear and compelling written and visual content
  • Must have experience in content writing, video script writing, editing, and improving existing digital content of medium length (400-700 words), while working within a strict style guide or writing, formatting, and design standards
  • Streamline written and visual content into bite-sized content (30 seconds to 2-minute minutes), using creative storyboarding and animatics to draft video concepts.


Collaboration and continuous improvement

  • Help develop a team of content writers and creators for cutting-edge on-the-go training experiences
  • Build alignment by collaborating with program managers and cross-functional stakeholders, to develop an effective storyboard, and training narratives based on the learning principles for GSS
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing training curriculums and make data-driven recommendations for improvement and enhancement.


Knowledge of L&D Trends

  • Research and assess the potential impact of new trends on training initiatives, recommending innovative solutions to enhance learning outcomes and customize learning for different audiences
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and industry networks to share knowledge and insights and drive continuous improvement in training strategies and practices.
  • Drive LMS Management adoption across all workflows. Stay updated on emerging LMS features and automation tools to enhance the learning experience and drive innovation.


---- Basic Qualifications ----

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Instructional Design, Multimedia Design, Literature, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2- 3 years of extensive experience in content development, instructional design, multimedia development, and curriculum design, preferably in a corporate training environment, as well as leading content strategy projects.
  • Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar
  • Proficiency with learning systems and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia) and Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas).
  • Possess excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences


Need to have

  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation in training and development.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills, with a proven track record of making data-driven business decisions.
  • Familiarity and knowledge of learning and development methods and subsequent e-learning platforms and practices
  • Innovative thinker capable of generating compelling content, ideas, and narratives.
  • Worked at a high-paced, fast-growing tech startup, or large tech company, or has a consulting background
  • Basic knowledge of Graphic Design and Illustration techniques, plus proficiency with Creative Suites in the market (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Figma) and other design tools as needed

  • Experience using a CMS to manage and publish web content.
  • Experience in driving automated solutions to streamline content delivery and assessment processes is an added advantage
