Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI/ML Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in NLP, LLMs, Generative AI, and scalable data processing, along with strong communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop NLP models, including LLMs and Foundation Models

- Build scalable data pipelines for training and deploying ML models

- Architect and implement AI solutions using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Transition legacy systems into modular, microservices-based architectures

- Apply MLOps best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and optimization

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI into enterprise products

- Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and debugging of AI/ML models

- Document workflows and deployment procedures for compliance and knowledge sharing

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)

- Experience with NLP, LLMs, GenAI, and large-scale data processing

- Familiarity with cloud-native AI frameworks and SDKs

- Hands-on with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines

- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and data management tools

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- Certifications in AI/ML, cloud platforms, or data engineering are a plus
