Job Title : Senior Machine Learning Engineer – Generative AI & LLM Specialist

Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Model Fine-Tuning & Training:

  • Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific tasks and applications to optimize model performance and improve overall accuracy.

  • Model Deployment:

  • Deploy generative AI models into production environments using cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS, ensuring smooth integration and scalability.

  • Utilize Docker for containerization and manage deployment pipelines.

  • Cloud Integration:

  • Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions using Azure or AWS Marketplace services, including but not limited to:

  • Cognitive Services

  • Object Storage
  • API Management (APIM)

  • App Services

  • NLP & Search Solutions:

  • Implement NLP-based solutions (Natural Language Processing) for a wide range of applications.

  • Develop robust indexing/search systems, leveraging hands-on experience with indexing technologies (e.g., Elasticsearch, Solr).

  • API Development:

  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs using frameworks like Flask or FastAPI to expose AI models and integrate them with external systems.

  • LLM Evaluation & Agentic AI:

  • Evaluate the performance of LLMs for various use cases, optimizing their accuracy and efficiency.

  • Explore and implement the potential of Agentic AI to automate tasks, enhance system efficiency, and improve user interaction.

  • Continuous Learning & Research:

  • Stay current with the latest advancements in Generative AI, NLP, and related fields.

  • Integrate cutting-edge technologies and methodologies into the development process to ensure that the team remains at the forefront of AI innovation.
