Senior Manager - Head IT Infra & Network Security
The Senior IT Manager will lead and manage the IT infrastructure and asset lifecycle for the company's operations across India, UAE, and Singapore. This role involves overseeing a team of IT professionals, ensuring efficient and secure IT operations, managing asset lifecycle, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. IT Asset Lifecycle Management:
- Budgeting: Develop and manage IT asset budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation for procurement and maintenance.
- Procurement: Oversee the procurement of IT hardware, software, and services, ensuring competitive pricing and adherence to company policies.
- Allocation & De-allocation: Implement and maintain a robust asset management system for tracking and allocating IT assets, ensuring proper utilization and minimizing losses.
- Insurance: Manage IT asset insurance policies, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient claims processing.
- E-Waste Management: Oversee the disposal of IT assets in compliance with E-Waste Management Rules, ensuring environmental responsibility.
2. IT Infrastructure Management:
- Network Performance Monitoring: Implement and manage network monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve performance issues.
- Device Management: Oversee the configuration, management, and maintenance of all IT devices across all offices.
- End-to-End Management: Ensure seamless IT infrastructure operations across all locations, including network connectivity, server management, and user support.
- Decision Making: Make informed decisions to enhance IT infrastructure performance and provide a best-in-class internet experience to the staff.
3. Compliance & Security:
- Mandatory Compliance: Stay abreast of and ensure compliance with mandatory regulations like ISO and DPDP.
- Technology Understanding: Possess a strong understanding of key technologies like DLP, Cloud VPN, EDR, MDM, NMS, ISE, AAA, and SIEM.
- Security Awareness: Maintain a high level of security awareness and implement measures to protect sensitive data and prevent cyber threats.
Team Management:
- Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to the IT team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Performance Management: Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback to the IT team.
- Professional Development: Encourage and support the professional development of team members through training and mentoring.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure and asset management, with a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in managing IT teams across multiple geographies.
- Strong understanding of IT security best practices and relevant regulations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Certifications in relevant IT technologies (e.g., CCNA, MCSA, ITIL) are a plus.
Additional Information:
- The position may require occasional travel to different offices in India, UAE, and Singapore.
- The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
