Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and passionate Packaging Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling and functional packaging designs that align with our brand’s identity and enhance the customer experience. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and an understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Creation: Develop innovative packaging concepts and designs for a range of products, ensuring they meet brand standards and market requirements.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure all packaging designs are consistent with AGEasy by Antara’s brand identity, values, and messaging.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor packaging strategies, and consumer preferences to inform design decisions.
  • Prototyping and Testing: Collaborate with the production team to create prototypes and conduct testing to ensure packaging functionality and durability.
  • Collaborative Work: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to ensure seamless integration of packaging designs.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure packaging designs comply with relevant regulations and guidelines, including safety and environmental standards.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in packaging design, preferably in a consumer goods or D2C environment.
  • Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and 3D modeling tools.
  • Creativity: Strong creative skills with a keen eye for detail and an ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to address design challenges effectively and provide practical solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
