Profile SummaryWe are looking for experienced Engineers – Façade Detailing to lead and support the preparation of high-quality façade shop drawings and technical documentation. The ideal candidate will work closely with project leads, coordinate with clients and consultants, and ensure that all drawings meet design intent and project standards. Relevant Experience: 4 + YearsLocation: Kochi & BangaloreNo of Positions: 10+Employment Type: FulltimeKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review façade shop drawings (curtain walls, glazing, cladding, doors & windows, etc.)Coordinate with Senior Engineer, project managers, architects, and structural consultants to resolve design issuesLead a small team of junior engineers/drafters when requiredEnsure all drawings comply with project specifications, accuracy, and quality standardsManage drawing revisions, RFIs, and technical documentation efficientlyEnsure quality and timely delivery of drawingsContribute to design optimization and fabrication feasibility reviewsEligibilityDiploma/Degree in Civil, Architecture, or Structural EngineeringMinimum 4+ years of experience in façade detailing with proven AutoCAD expertiseStrong understanding of architectural and structural drawingsExcellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionPreferred SkillsSound knowledge of various façade systems (unitized, stick, ACP cladding, glazing, etc.)Experience in handling international façade detailing projectsFamiliarity with BIM tools (Revit) & Inventor will be an added advantageApply to Jobs@advenser.com
