Shift Timings :
Day Shift : 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Night Shift : 7:00 PM to 9:00 AM (next day)
Job Summary :
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurses to provide high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. The ideal candidates will possess a Diploma in Nursing and demonstrate a commitment to supporting patient recovery through excellent clinical care, communication, and ethical practice.
Key Responsibilities :
Monitor patient health status, vital signs, and report abnormalities to physicians.
Administer medications and injections as per physician’s prescription.
Assist in patient hygiene, mobility, and nutritional needs.
Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and nursing notes.
Provide pre- and post-operative care and emotional support to patients and their families.
Assist doctors during rounds and carry out prescribed treatments.
Ensure infection control practices and maintain a clean, safe environment.
Handle medical equipment and emergency care procedures when needed.
Respond to patient inquiries with compassion and professionalism.
Maintain patient confidentiality and ethical nursing practices at all times.
Essential Qualifications :
Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) from a recognized institute.
Registered with the Nursing Council.
Skills Required :
Basic clinical and emergency care skills.
Good verbal and written communication in local language and/or English.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Empathy, patience, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
