About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Kore.ai Developer to design, build, and optimize conversational AI bots and virtual assistants using the Kore.ai platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in chatbot development, natural language processing (NLP), and integrating enterprise systems to deliver seamless customer and employee experiences.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy chatbots and virtual assistants on the Kore.ai platform.
  • Configure and customize conversational flows, dialog tasks, NLP models, and integrations.
  • Build and maintain integrations with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, IVR, APIs, Databases, etc.).
  • Implement multi-channel deployments (Web, Mobile, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, Slack, IVR, etc.).
  • Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and map them to chatbot use cases.
  • Optimize NLP/NLU models for improved intent recognition and entity extraction.
  • Monitor bot performance, generate analytics reports, and enhance conversations based on user feedback.
  • Ensure security, compliance, and scalability in chatbot solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in bot design, functionality, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, testers, product owners, business teams).


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with Kore.ai Bot Builder Platform.
  • Experience in chatbot development, dialog design, and conversational flow creation.
  • Knowledge of NLP/NLU concepts and ability to tune bots for high accuracy.
  • Experience integrating bots with REST APIs, databases, and third-party platforms.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, Node.js, Python, or Java for custom scripting and backend extensions.
  • Understanding of enterprise systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Knowledge of deploying and managing bots across multiple channels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and debugging experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in agile teams.


Good to Have

  • Experience with other conversational AI platforms (Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, Microsoft Bot Framework, etc.).
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of AI/ML concepts for advanced conversational intelligence.
  • Prior experience in IVR/Contact Center integrations.
