Business Development Representative

At Huzzle, we connect exceptional B2B sales professionals with top opportunities at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Our clients include startups, digital agencies, and tech platforms in industries such as SaaS, MarTech, FinTech, and EdTech. Unlike an outsourcing agency, we place you directly with a client where you’re hired in-house as a valued member of their team.
Key Responsibilities- Make 80-100 outbound calls daily to targeted prospects across SaaS/tech industries.
- Conduct structured outreach through phone, email, and LinkedIn to build pipeline.
- Qualify leads through discovery calls, identifying needs and mapping solutions.
- Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives.
- Accurately log activities and update CRM records.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach.
- Consistently achieve (and exceed) monthly KPIs.
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in a SDR/BDR role, preferably within a SaaS, software, or tech-focused industry.
- Comfortable conducting high volume outbound calls (80-100+)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills over phone, email, and social.
- Familiarity with sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, SalesLoft, or similar CRMs).
- Resilient, competitive, and motivated by achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
