Reporting to the Manager, Technical Training Delivery, you'll be responsible for:- Instructing Zscaler technical courses and certifications online and in-class with professionalism and effective techniques- Configuring and troubleshooting Zscaler training environments, including Zero Trust Exchange, Cloud Protection solutions, and network services, while managing remote labs, configuring student pods, and resolving issues- Managing class rosters, track attendance, and collect post-class surveys- Providing support and assistance to students as needed- Delivering training onsite or virtually, with up to 90% travel, including remote locations in India, and flexibility across APJ time zonesWhat Were Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)- 4+ years of experience in technical training- Detail-oriented with the ability to tailor training to the target audience- Ability to mentor and influence effectivelyWhat Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)- Experience as a technical instructor in network security, cloud, or SaaS technology- Bachelors degree in a technology major with a minor in communications, or equivalent technical/communications certifications- Strong classroom skills: presentation, listening, engagement, cultural sensitivity, and understanding (ref:iimjobs.com)
