We are expanding our creative team and looking for a3D Designerwith strong skills inmodelling, texturing, UV mapping, rigging, and animationto bring characters, props, and environments to life.ResponsibilitiesCreate high-quality3D assetsincluding characters, props, and environments optimized for real-time engines (Unity/Unreal). Handle thecomplete 3D pipeline— from base modeling to texturing, UV unwrapping, rigging, and animation. Work closely with concept artists and game developers to ensure assets meet technical and artistic requirements. Createrealistic and stylizedPBR textures using tools like Substance Painter, Photoshop, or Quixel. Rig and skin characters for animation with clean deformation and efficient topology. Produceanimation cycles(idle, walk, run, attack, etc.) with natural timing and weight. Collaborate with the design and programming teams tointegrate assetsseamlessly into the engine. Optimize assets forperformance and quality balanceacross multiple platforms.Skills & QualificationsStrong portfolio demonstrating3D modeling, texturing, rigging, and animationskills. Proficiency in tools likeBlender, Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, Substance Painter, and Photoshop . Understanding ofPBR workflows, topology, UV layout, and normal map baking . Experience exporting and setting up assets forUnityorUnreal Engine . Knowledge ofcharacter rigging and skinningfor humanoid and creature setups. Familiarity withanimation principles(timing, squash & stretch, anticipation, etc.). Ability to work independently and as part of a team under production deadlines. Passion for games, art, and storytelling.Nice-to-HaveExperience withfacial rigging / blend shapes . Basic understanding ofVFX or shaders . Familiarity withmotion captureworkflows.
