If you share our values, we look forward to receiving your application.Your Role As anAccounts Payable Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting ourCorporate Finance, Tax & Accountingteams. In this position, you will: Manage the authorization and recording process for incoming invoices inCargoWise One, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Verify documentation and data integrity to guarantee proper accounting and reconciliations. Conduct internal checks and audits on supplier-related transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies. Collaborate with Corporate Accounting and Finance teams to streamline processes and implement efficiency improvements. Maintain organized and up-to-date records in line with company policies and audit standards.What We’re Looking For We are seeking adetail-oriented, proactive professionalwith: ABachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least 1 year of experiencein a similar role within accounting or finance. A solid understanding ofaccounts payable and invoicing processes. Proficiency inMicrosoft Office (especially Excel)and familiarity withCargoWise Oneor ERP systems. Strong accuracy, analytical mindset, and attention to detail. Good command ofEnglish, both written and spoken. Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.Why Join Us At D.B.
