Job Title: Operations Manager – Finance & Accounting (F&A) TransformationLocation: MysoreExperience Required: 12–15 yearsReporting To: Delivery HeadShift Timings - 6.30 pm to 3.30 amRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with strong exposure to Finance & Accounting (F&A) operations, transformation initiatives, and pre-sales/solutioning. The ideal candidate will lead delivery excellence, drive process optimization, and support client engagement across multiple F&A functions.Key Responsibilities· Lead end-to-end F&A operations delivery, ensuring service quality, accuracy, and adherence to SLAs.· Manage teams handling Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Reporting processes.· Drive F&A Transformation initiatives through automation, process reengineering, and best practice adoption.· Partner with internal and client stakeholders to develop and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and scalability.· Support Pre-sales and Solutioning by preparing proposals and transition plans.· Monitor key operational metrics, identify risks, and execute mitigation strategies.· Manage client relationships through proactive governance, performance reviews, and continuous improvement discussions.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance, Transition) for seamless project execution.· Mentor and develop teams to enhance domain knowledge and operational excellence.Required Skills and Competencies· Strong domain expertise in Finance & Accounting operations.· Hands-on experience in F&A Transformation projects (automation, process optimization, RPA exposure preferred).· Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication.· Proven ability to lead large delivery teams across multiple processes.· Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.· Exposure to Pre-sales, Solution Design, and Transition Management.· Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Workday) and MS Office tools.Educational Qualifications· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.· Additional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, Automation Tools, or Project Management (PMP/Prince2) preferred.Ideal Candidate Profile· 15+ years of experience in F&A Operations and Delivery Management.· Demonstrated success in managing transformation initiatives.· Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills.· Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and client-centric environment.We are looking for immediate joiners.
